Cette \u00e9nergie permet \u00e0 la glace de passer de l\u2019\u00e9tat solide \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">C\u2019est ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui explique pourquoi les gla\u00e7ons refroidissent une boisson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mais lorsqu\u2019on ajoute du sel, quelque chose d\u2019int\u00e9ressant se produit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le sel se dissout dans la fine couche d\u2019eau liquide pr\u00e9sente naturellement \u00e0 la surface de la glace.
